Sucre in London, housed in a historic setting, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the brigade and craft dishes with traditional Latin American flavors and modern finesse.

You will work on a busy line, maintaining high hygiene standards and contributing to accurate portioning and waste control to protect profits. This role offers a path for growth in a vibrant hospitality group.

Previously the London College of Music's concert hall, Sucre's grand dining room is a stunning setting where we provide guests with a combination of traditional Latin American open fire cooking and modern refinement. Along with excellent service, we strive to provide every guest with an unforgettable experience.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef de partie to join the brigade.

The Key Responsabilities Will Be

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes.
