San Carlo Regent Street is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy London kitchen, preparing and cooking across designated sections with precision. You will work closely with chefs to uphold our authentic Italian standards and ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate brings 2 years of experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, organised approach. This full-time role offers competitive pay and opportunities within a renowned UK hospitality brand.

• Preparing and cooking food in their assigned section of the kitchen (grill, pasta, meat & fish, or pastry).
• Ensure food prep and cooking meet established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage their section and oversee commis chefs or kitchen assistants.
• Keep their kitchen area clean and equipment maintained.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to serve food promptly.
• Adhere to food safety and allergens policy.
• Maintain records of inventory, prep, and waste for their section.
• Treat everyone with respect and stay calm at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food in their assigned section of the kitchen, such as grill, pasta, meat & fish, or pastry
• Ensuring that all food preparation and cooking is done in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Managing their section of the kitchen, including overseeing the work of any commis chefs or kitchen assistants
• Ensuring that their section of the kitchen is clean and organised, and that all equipment is properly maintained
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff and restaurant management to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Adhering to company food safety and allergens policy
• Maintaining accurate records of food inventory, preparation, and waste for their section of the kitchen
• Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2 year’s experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
