Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef.
  • Experience in a branded hotel is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at the beautiful Lingfield Park Resort, situated in the picturesque village of Lingfield. The venue is part of Arena Racing Company's extensive portfolio, offering a vibrant work environment and excellent benefits.

Under the guidance of the Head Chef, you will help maintain and enhance the quality of food preparation and service. You will also be involved in training and coaching junior staff and Commis Chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the daily menu each morning and coordinate with the Head Chef or Sous Chef to plan the day’s work.
  • Supervise and assist in food preparation and mise-en-place for service.
  • Perform duties as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by senior management.

About you…

- GCSE or equivalent
- L2 Food Safety in Catering or equivalent / L2 Food Preparation
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef
- Experience in a branded hotel is a plus
