The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere, part of The Inn Collection Group, is preparing to open and invites passionate chefs to join the team from day one. With 55 bedrooms and a food-led operation, this role is a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a landmark location.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll lead your section, ensure presentation and food safety, and collaborate with the wider team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality in a busy, expanding outlet.

Qualifications

• As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount.
• With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
• You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards.
• Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams.
• You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
