Job summary

The Seaton Lane Inn, part of the Inn Collection Group, invites a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. You will take ownership of your section, ensuring flawless presentation and consistency, from prep to service.

You’ll oversee food safety, storage, and policy compliance while collaborating with front-of-house and management to maintain high standards in a fast-paced pub-with-rooms setting.
