The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for The Seaton Lane Inn. You will be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail across your section while delivering excellent food service. Experience in a similar role and a passion for quality are essential.

Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
