Job summary

Inn on the Lake, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is hiring a Chef de Partie. You’ll run a section, mentor the kitchen team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Strong standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Knowledge of menu and recipe specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare ingredients and prep before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
• Support brand standards and training of junior staff.
