Job summary

Boot Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, train staff and maintain brand standards across service.

You will work with a supportive team to ensure smooth service, uphold cleanliness and safety, and cook to menu specifications. The role offers flexible shifts, generous staff discounts, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to run a kitchen section and mentor others.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
