Job summary

The Old Cottage in Cardiff is seeking a proactive Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, train teammates and uphold brand standards across all service moments.

You will prep ahead of service, cook to spec, and ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and safety, while delivering great guest experiences in a premium pub environment.

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for great food and training staff.
• Ability to run a kitchen section and maintain cleanliness.
