Browns Glasgow, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section and support the kitchen team in delivering great British dishes. You’ll train colleagues, maintain brand standards and help create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar chef role is desirable.
• Strong teamwork and mentoring abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
