Job summary

Browns Nottingham, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food and training teams. You’ll be at the heart of a busy kitchen, helping to deliver classically British dishes with care.

As Chef de Partie you’ll run a section, mentor junior chefs, and ensure everything needed before service is prepared. You’ll uphold high cleanliness and safety standards and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.
