Browns Brasserie & Bar in Cardiff is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll run a section, train great people and help deliver classically British food to our guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering great food and guest experience.
• Experience in a busy kitchen and ability to train others.
