Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the Kent/Sussex countryside is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a highly regarded 2 Rosette venue. You will work in a vibrant, busy kitchen where great food, teamwork and exceptional hospitality are at the heart of what we do.

This established boutique hotel, restaurant, pub and events venue offers meals on duty, training and genuine career development, generous leave entitlements and staff discounts. Experience in fine dining or Rosette level preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year Chef de Partie experience ideally within fine dining or Rosette level.
• Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen.
• Demonstrates passion for quality food and excellent standards.
• Positive, energetic approach, willingness to learn and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and skillfully cook dishes to high Rosette-standard.
• Work in a busy kitchen within a boutique hotel, restaurant, pub and events venue.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation as part of a team.
• Be flexible with weekends and a 5-day rota.

What we're looking for

• At least

1 years Chef de Partie experience ideally within fine dining or at Rosette level

• Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen
• Passion for quality food and excellent standards
• A positive, energetic approach and willingness to learn
• Reliable, well-presented and a strong team player
• Comfortable working weekends and across a 5 day rota
