Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead a busy breakfast service across our Scottish hotels. You will supervise the kitchen brigade, maintain high health and hygiene standards, and work closely with the Head Chef to implement improvements.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independence, and teamwork. You will train staff to confidently upsell menu items, manage stock and cleanliness, and contribute to the overall success of our breakfast offering.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environment.
• Ability to supervise kitchen teams and maintain service standards.
• Strong food preparation and presentation skills.
• Commitment to health, safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast service and supervise kitchen brigade to ensure smooth operation.
