Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our pubs team and progress through a Level 3 apprenticeship. Basic salary up to £32,000 with tronc, overtime, tips, and career development opportunities in a friendly hospitality group.

You'll work across all kitchen sections, supported by Sous and Head Chefs, with training through HIT. Perks include free meals on shift, staff discounts across the group, Nest pension, benefits via Perks on Tap, and weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook, or chef de partie in pubs, restaurants or hospitality venues.
• Ability to work across all kitchen sections and support senior chefs.
• Willingness to learn and progress through Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen under Sous and Head Chef.
• Prepare and finish dishes with attention to quality and consistency.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold food safety standards.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
