Job summary

Brunning and Price is inviting aspiring chefs to join The Tally Ho! as a Chef de Partie apprentice, with Level 1–3 pathways to grow your skills while you earn.

You will work across the kitchen under the guidance of the Sous Chefs and Head Chef, with HIT delivering work-based Level 3 apprenticeships and tailored chef workshops. Basic pay up to £32,000, plus tronc, overtime and great tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or related role.
• Passion for fresh food cookery and kitchen teamwork.
• Willingness to learn across all kitchen sections.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen under supervision of Sous and Head Chefs.
• Support cooking operations and food preparation to high standards.
• Participate in training and workshops with HIT for Level 3 apprenticeship.

About You...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
