Mosaic-Pub- in London’s Camden area is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section of the kitchen, working closely with the head chef and sous chefs to ensure the highest standards of production and service.

You will assist with deliveries, cleanliness, and strict health, safety and allergen practices while contributing as a positive team member. The role includes a discretionary bonus, a 48-hour contract, and benefits such as staff discounts and progression opportunities.

With an outdoor terrace overlooking Camden’s eclectic food market and canal, Lockside Camden combines a bar atmosphere with a dance floor focus.

As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.

Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
• Supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks
• Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting.
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries.
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention to allergens.
• Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
