Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Public House Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to work from our Central Production Unit in Chipping Norton, shaping food that reaches our pubs across London and the Cotswolds. You will turn fresh harvest from our neighbouring farm into sausages, preserved cuts, and high-quality dishes that reflect provenance and care.
You will manage waste, maintain cleanliness, and support stock control while collaborating with a kitchen team committed to consistency and performance.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Central Production Unit in Chipping Norton and help shape the food that reaches every table across our sites — from our restaurants in London to The Bull in the Cotswolds.
This is a rare kind of CDP role. You will be working with produce harvested just next door on our own farm, turning it into the products that give our kitchens their consistency and character, from making sausages from scratch to finding smart, resourceful ways to use every part of the ingredients we grow. It's hands-on, close to the source, and genuinely different from a standard kitchen line role.
If you care about provenance, love the craft of proper butchery and charcuterie work, and want to be part of building something consistent and brilliant across multiple sites rather than just one service at a time, we would love to hear from you!
