Job summary

Manpower Recruitment in Chinnor, Oxfordshire is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a well-regarded restaurant on a permanent, full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the Head Chef's standards.
• Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency and efficiency during service.
• Assist in the development of seasonal menus and new dishes.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before service.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Minimise waste and support effective stock control.
• Ensure correct handling and storage of all food items.
• Support private dining and events when required.

Manpower Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join an established and well-regarded restaurant in Chinnor, Oxfordshire.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great work-life balance within a supportive kitchen team.

The ideal candidate would have own transport, due to location and have experience in a Michelin star or Rosette environment.

• Salary: £34000 per annum + service charge (up to £3,000 per year)
• Working pattern: 5 days out of 7
• No Monday working (restaurant closed)
• One additional evening off per week
• Split shifts required
• Flexibility needed for evenings, weekends, and mornings
• On-site parking available
• Live-in accommodation available for a small fee
