Job summary

Hilton Cardiff is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team in Cardiff. We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate individuals who can bring creativity and high standards to the Truly Talented kitchen.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract (40 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate and benefits. You must have the right to work in the UK and be ready to contribute to a high-volume, guest-focused service environment.

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair.
• Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
