Job summary

Hilton Cardiff is seeking a self-motivated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate in Cardiff.

You will work in a fast-paced environment in the Castle Quarter, using top ingredients and delivering high standards with flair and creativity. Availability for flexible hours and a positive attitude are essential. We offer extensive benefits and progression opportunities.

The Core Skills And Experience Required To Succeed

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
• Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
