Job summary

Hilton Cardiff is recruiting a Bartender to join our Truly Talented team, offering flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate. You will maintain the highest standards of hospitality, have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks, and enjoy engaging with guests while learning our food menu.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and bar.
• Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and learn the menu.

• Work in a busy team environment and continually learn and develop.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and provide eligibility documents before starting.

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our Truly Talented team.

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
