Based in the heart of Cambridge, St Catharine’s College is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Chef de Partie to join our busy, friendly Catering team, providing a first-class service for our college community. The successful candidate will assist the Kitchen Manager in providing high-quality meals to our community and conferencing customers, in compliance with Food and Safety Regulations and College policies.
This role is varied, offering a broad range of cooking opportunities from everyday College meals for students and conference guests to fine dining for more formal events. Full training is available to support the successful candidate's professional development.

The full-time hours are 40 hours per week, worked on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends.
