Job summary

Cambscuisine is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team of chefs, delivering homemade food using local and seasonal produce across our sites. You will support the kitchen under guidance from senior chefs and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and service within a section, working under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in line with company specifications and service standards.
• Support stock rotation, portion control, and waste minimisation.
• Report any issues with stock, equipment, or service to senior chefs promptly.
