Browns – Bushey in the Mitchells & Butlers family is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section with passion for great food and coaching a team. You’ll drive service standards and ensure every dish reflects the brand’s classic British dining experience.

• Experience as Chef de Partie with ability to mentor kitchen team.
• Strong cooking skills across classic British dishes.
• Ability to run a section and prep for service.

• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
