Salary: £31,725 + Service Charge

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting new restaurant with rooms that are looking to achieve accolades. They are looking to recruit their new Chef de Partie to work in Broadway, Worcestershire.

Package: Starting at £31,725 + Approximately £2500 service charge

What's involved?

A 30 seat fine dining restaurant using the best and ethically sourced British produce. Serving a small a la carte and a seasonal tasting menu for those who are staying within the uniquely styled bedrooms
You will be working with the Senior Sous Chef to achieve excellence in a supportive and enjoyable working environment.

• Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Following their high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines
• Innovating in creating new dishes
• Showcasing the best and most ethical British produce available.
