Qualifications

• Ideally, experience working within educational catering
• A progressive career to date
• Up-to-date knowledge of current food trends
• A genuine passion for food and customer service
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Ability to work within set budgets
• Skill in costing and planning menus accurately
• Experience in training and coaching a team
