We are seeking a strong, experienced Chef De Partie to join us at Riverstation. The role involves working across two kitchens and restaurants with multiple menus, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering for large events. Our facilities include three top-of-the-range dry aging cabinets, a Japanese BBQ, in-house butchery, and fish mongery, making everything in-house with a dedicated team pushing forward.
