Job summary

The Masons Arms, Branscombe, is a charming countryside pub looking for a Breakfast Chef to join a passionate kitchen team. You’ll work to exact dish specifications and help shape our breakfast offering in a busy, friendly environment.

Two morning patterns are available: 07.00 - 12.00 or 07.00 - 15.00, five days a week. We value flexibility, reliability, and a love of good food served with warm hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet dish specifications.
• Flexibility with menu-writing processes to adapt offerings.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a kitchen team to ensure high standards.
• Lead the team to deliver top quality standards.
• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to specifications.

The Masons Arms dates back to the 14th-century and resides in one of the South West's most picturesque villages. Passing beneath its cosy thatched roof, you'll be working in a characterful pub with comfy rooms. The interior charms with timber frames, low beamed ceilings, and the warmth of a log fire.

Branscombe is an idyllic rural destination that's surrounded by rolling green hills, with its own beach being a short stroll from the pub.

Are you an early bird? We're looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our fantastic team.

Are you anambitiousChef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you'll be working alongside passionate people to provide quality food that delights our guests. As a Chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
