Search is recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel in Lanarkshire for a Chef de Partie (permanent). The role is based in Glasgow (G72 9UE) with an annual salary of £35,000 and approximately 45 hours per week.

The successful candidate will bring Chef de Partie experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work well within a brigade. The package includes meals on duty, staff discounts, 28 days’ leave, pension, gratuities and more.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Chef de Partie level.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a brigade.
• Passionate about quality food and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Position: Chef de Partie (Permanent).
• Working approximately 45 hours per week.
• Currently 5 days from 7.
• Planned transition to a 4 days on / 3 days off rota once the full kitchen team is established.
