Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie to lead and supervise a fast-paced kitchen, delivering high culinary standards.

You will work across flexible hours from 2am to 11pm, including weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays, and you’ll be supported by SSP in delivering fast, fresh food across partner brands. Prior kitchen leadership and a drive to excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience required.
• Must be 18+ years for certain tasks/shifts.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen with calm leadership.
• Desirable: 1+ year in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with administration: hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets, cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain high culinary standards and deliver excellence in every dish.

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra

£1.50 per hourfor hours worked between

6AM,bringing your rate of pay to

£17.10 per hour.

Hours of operation are 2am to 11pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within theChef de Partierole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
