Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland, at Stansted Airport's Camden Bar & Kitchen, seeks a Chef de Partie to lead a busy kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, organisation of recipes, hygiene records and stock control, plus support for recruitment and training. Previous kitchen experience is required. Shifts include weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Pay is £17.10 per hour (base £15.60 with £1.50 extra for hours between midnight and 6am).

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is required.
• One year's experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older for certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with administration for the kitchen (food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets, cleanliness records).
• Support the Manager in recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards while delivering excellence in every dish.

CHEF de PARTIE - STANSTED AIRPORT, CAMDEN BAR & KITCHEN

Please Note Previous Kitchen Experience Is Required.

£17.10 per hour.

Hours of operation are 2am to 11pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. SSP partners with big brands like The Breakfast Club, Beer Gouse, Shelby & Co and BrewDog to deliver fast, fresh, feel-good food in high-traffic locations.

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your rate of pay to £17.10 per hour.

• Due to some responsibilities within theChef de Partierole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE CHEF De PARTIE ROLE
