Hastings Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Stormont Hotel Belfast. You will assist in running the kitchen, supervise staff, and ensure Hastings’ high standards of preparation and presentation to delight guests.

You can expect to work 45 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. The successful candidate should therefore have a flexible approach and be able to work on a rota basis.
