Edesia Restaurant Bar & Lounge in Bath is seeking an Experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in a busy, modern kitchen. The role focuses on delivering consistently beautiful plates with speed and attention to detail.

You will work under pressure, manage stock and assist with training and P&L understanding, ensuring high standards across all services. Competitive salary and opportunities for rapid progression are offered.

• Sound knowledge of P&L, stock control, team management, training.
• Experience in similar high end busy kitchens.
• Full knowledge of Food safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high plating standards and presentation.
• Prepare dishes with speed and accuracy in a busy environment.
• Assist with stock control and training of junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety practices and HACCP.
