Base pay range

Chef de Partie required to join our prestigious client, a food-led Inn located close to Charing. Please note transport is required due to location. Some STRAIGHT SHIFTS are available.

The ideal candidate for the role of Chef de Partie will have experience working within Gastro Pubs / fine dining restaurants and using seasonal produce.

As Chef de Partie, you will report to the Head Chef and will be responsible for working with, supervising, and motivating a small team.

Good kitchen management, stock control, and food hygiene are essential.

Salary: A basic salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per year for Chef de Partie, plus:
