Job summary

PGL Travel, Ltd. is seeking a Chef to join our catering team delivering nutritious meals for guests at our adventure centres in the UK. Reporting into the Head Chef, you will prepare food, cook and help manage stock, cost control and junior staff coaching.

You will work late nights with occasional Friday/Saturday off, and limited Christmas work as described. The role offers a permanent contract with a competitive annual salary of £32,083.53 (live off rate) and benefits including generous

• Experience in high-volume catering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and manage priorities.
