PGL Travel, Ltd. is hiring a Chef to join our catering team in Aylesbury. You will prepare and cook nutritious meals for our guests, manage stock and costs, and coach junior staff under the Head Chef.

The role offers a busy, friendly environment with some late nights and weekends off outside peak season. We provide a fixed-term contract from February to October with a competitive annual pay and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experienced caterer, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen handling.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for guests as part of the catering team.
• Handle stock ordering, kitchen organisation and cost control.
• Coach and support junior team members to maintain standards.
• Work under Head Chef with minimal menu creation or sourcing from scratch.
