Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef for a Winchester education site. You will join a busy kitchen team on a stable 35-hour week with the potential to secure a permanent position. The role offers weekly pay and an all-year-round schedule.

The ideal candidate has previous Chef or Chef de Partie experience, a compliant DBS, and a flexible approach to rotating shifts. Driving is preferred due to location, with shifts across mornings and afternoons.

• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 3 months or registered on the Update Service.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Available Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 weekends.
• Able to drive due to the location.
• Flexible approach to the rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of the kitchen team, you will help deliver a high standard of food and service across a busy school catering operation.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar catering environment and be confident working as part of a busy team.

• Available Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 weekends

The Monday to Friday shifts rotate weekly between 07:30-14:30, 10:00-18:00 and 11:30-19:00. Weekend shifts are 10:00-18:30.
