Job summary

The Botanist in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor chefs, and deliver high-quality dishes. You will prepare for service, maintain exceptional cleanliness and safety, and ensure the menu is cooked to spec. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for progression within Premium Country Pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor junior kitchen staff and maintain brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards and mentor kitchen team.
• Run a section and oversee section throughput.
• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to the highest standard.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
