Rockfish Plymouth is seeking an experienced Chef Manager or Senior Sous Chef to lead a coastal kitchen and drive excellence across both service and dining experiences. The role emphasizes hands-on mentoring, training, and progression toward Head Chef status within a supportive team.

You’ll work five days a week across lunch and dinner shifts, with a culture focused on ocean-friendly practice, sustainability, and community.
