Job summary

Costero Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will cook from tapas through all-day lounge menus, support the Head Chef, and help keep service flowing smoothly.

You’ll work with a supportive team, maintain high standards, and contribute to a great dining experience. You’ll bring experience in a high-volume kitchen, a passion for real cooking, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for delivering quality dishes to spec and maintaining standards.
• Ability to work well with others and adapt to a busy service environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
