Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Salero Lounge kitchen team. Up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. A great next step for an experienced Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef, or Grill chef at a growing brand with 300+ sites.

You’ll work on a flexible all-day menu, support the Head Chef, and uphold high standards from prep to plate in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to cook to spec and maintain standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec across all-day menu.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe and well prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
