Job summary

Seco Lounge, part of Loungers, is recruiting a Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Plymouth. You’ll cook fresh dishes to spec, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen safe and efficient throughout prep and service.

Ideal candidates have proven experience as Grill/Line Chef or Chef de Partie in high-volume settings, a passion for quality, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Committed to food safety and allergen processes.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
