Job summary

Berkley Care Group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in a luxury care setting, delivering 5-star dining and supporting residents with dignity and choice. The role avoids split shifts and late nights, offers free meals on shift, and provides extensive benefits.

Are you able to provide the following?:

• Previous experience as a Chef
• A desire to ensure all dining experiences are of the highest standard
• Support for residents to promote choice and dignity and in preparing their own food and drink if they wish to
• Support with the organisation and preparation of food for special events and celebrations
• Good communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, COSHH and HACCP
