Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Salero Lounge. You’ll cook fresh food to spec, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly in a high-volume setting. This flexible all-day role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate well.
• Demonstrates energy, pace and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
