Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Palomo Lounge. Located within our casual dining group known for 300+ sites across England and Wales, this role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips and staff perks from day one.

You’ll deliver our all-day menu, work with a supportive team, and help keep standards high from prep to plate. Flexible contracts and career development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Energetic, with pace and a positive attitude.
• Team player with good communication.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
