Job summary

Gswarrington is seeking a chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll deliver our all-day menu to spec, collaborating with the Head Chef to keep service smooth and standards high from prep to plate. This flexible hourly role offers opportunities for both part-time and full-time shifts within a busy, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Ability to work under pressure and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
