Job summary

Kellan Group is seeking an Education Chef for Impact Food Group across schools in Guildford and the wider Surrey area. The role runs term-time with weekends off and weekly pay. You will prepare nutritious meals for pupils, manage kitchen stock and uphold food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of senior chef experience, a valid DBS, Level 2 Food Safety, and the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available, and training is provided for compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a senior chef, preferably in a school or similar environment.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Enhanced DBS with child workforce licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for providing healthy meals for children and young people.
• Minimum Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens training; additional compliance training provided free of charge.
