Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Zorro Lounge. We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and a 50% food and drink discount from day one across all Loungers brands.

Join a growing brand with 300+ sites and a friendly, supportive kitchen team. As a Chef, you’ll deliver our all-day menu to spec, work with the Head Chef to maintain high standards, and help keep each shift running smoothly from prep to plate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Energetic, pacey and able to work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and communicates well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
