Job summary

Loungers, part of the Casual Dining Group, is hiring Chefs to join the Cazaro Lounge kitchen. You’ll work with a busy team to deliver our all-day menu to spec, while supporting the Head Chef and maintaining high standards from prep to plate.

We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one across all brands. Loungefest and career pathways are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable team member who shows up on time and gives effort.
• Energetic, fast-paced with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork with FOH.
• Experience as Grill/Line Chef or Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day lounges breakfast.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
